Guide to Edit Creatives

Updating your campaign's creatives in GSM360


This guide shows you how to Pause, Delete, and edit Creative Name or Creative URLs.

  • Go to the Campaigns tab in your account:

  • In the Campaigns list page, click the Campaign Name OR the three dots next to the Campaign ID which you want to optimize and select View.


  • You will be at the View Campaign dashboard. Scroll all the way down to the Creatives segment. Click the three dots next to the Creative ID. Here, you can select PausePreviewDeleteEdit Creative or view the Changelog of the creative.



  • When Edit Creative is selected, a pop-up will appear. In the pop-up, you may edit the:
    • Creative Name
    • Click URL
    • Impression URL
Info
You cannot change the creative asset itself (except for HTML creatives). To switch to a new creative version, you can upload a new asset in the Edit Campaign mode, then Pause or Delete the previous version. Pause is recommended.

Image

You can edit Creative Name, Click URL or Impression URL(s).

HTML

You can edit Creative Name and Creative Code. Alternatively, you can also amend the Creative Asset and trackers on your end.


Native

You can edit Creative Name, Click URL or Impression URL.



Video

You can edit Creative Name, Click URL or Impression URL.


Alert
Once edits are done, creatives will go into review/pending mode. For quick approvals, do approach the Account Management team!
