Bulk Edit - Save Time & Stay in Control
Streamline campaign management by editing fields across multiple campaigns - all at once.
Managing dozens of campaigns just got easier. The new Bulk Edit feature in GSM360 lets you make large-scale adjustments across multiple campaigns and exchanges in just a few clicks, cutting out repetitive manual updates.
Editing Campaigns
Within your Campaigns tab,
- Select specific campaigns
- Click the Actions button
Click on either Bulk Edit Campaigns or Bulk Edit Exchanges
Bulk Edit Campaigns
Easily update campaign settings in bulk, saving time while maintaining full control over your targeting and performance goals. You can now adjust fields such as:
Schedule: Update end date/time
Bids and Budgets: Change bid price, daily budget, total budget, or enable/disable bid shading and budget pacing
Caps & Limits: Edit daily/total impression caps, impression intervals and pacing as well as frequency type and values.
Geos: Add or remove countries, states, or cities.
OS & OS Versions: Target specific operating systems or OS versions across multiple campaigns.
Device Identifier: Choose from 'Present', 'Missing' or 'Both' options.
Whitelists/Blacklists: Apply or update audience and inventory lists at scale.

Bulk Edit Exchanges
Streamline how you manage your supply. With this feature, users can now enable, disable, or modify exchange targeting across several campaigns in one action. This enables you to:

Stay Consistent: Apply uniform settings across campaigns and exchanges.
Reduce Error: Avoid missing changes when updating campaigns manually.
React Faster: Adjust your strategies instantly in response to performance trends.
Editing Creatives
Within your Creatives tab,
- Select specific creatives (pro tip: use the Search tool!)
- Click the Actions button
- Click on either Bulk Edit Creative
Bulk editing creatives saves valuable time and reduces the risk of manual errors. Instead of editing each creative one by one, users can now make uniform updates instantly - ensuring consistency across campaigns and minimising discrepancies in tracking and reporting. This feature allows you to edit
Creative Name: Update the naming structure across several creatives simultaneously for cleaner organisation and easier reporting.
Tracking URLs: Quickly modify impression and click URLs in bulk without re-uploading or editing each creative manually.
There is a maximum of 25 campaigns or 25 creatives that can be edited at any one time.
New exchanges added or updates in URLs will go through an approval process.
